vfs uploading patch - final release commited

Hi!

I commited a final patch to improve uploading via ftpfs and fish.
There are 2 bugs fixed. Mc now don't crash if file is copied/moved
from ftp server to the same ftp server and target file already exists.
Also file can be now appended via ftpfs.

Patched sources have to be unpatced with
http://linux.zp.ua/mc/ftpfs.upload.patch.

New version can be uploaded from
http://linux.zp.ua/mc/vfs-upload-4.5.55.patch.
