Both of which are valid points, of course. As I said, it's just a matter
of personal preference. I really don't mind changing it to strncmp().

Argh. PEBKAC on my side. I did actually have an appropriate "lists" entry
in my ~/.muttrc, but I used "g" (group reply) instead of "L" (list reply)
to reply to Andrew's mails. Sorry, Andrew, my bad! The Mail-Followup-To:
should be correct this time.
