Include glib into mc distribution?

You can always compile GLib with --disable-shared or link
Midnight Commander with the static version. For some unknown
reason Slackware does that. Maybe because it doesn't support
dependencies.

I don't like it. Other developers include copies of Readline
and other libraries, which I also consider a bad idea.
