[PATCH] xterm titlebar

Pavel, would you accept 'xterm hintbar' removal?
IMHO it's just a bloat, as it simply duplicates the 'normal' hintbar.

Of course the 'xterm path' and 'xterm hintbar' can coexist together,
but it might cause some confusion to users.
