Spanish Help & Man

There has been a Spanish man page around for some years. I've been recycling it (fixing translated node names an links) and I think it's time to add it to CVS.

It's not up-to-date with the English stuff but I'll try to have it ready for the release.

I cloned the doc/ru Makefiles, but you'd better check them.
