mc port to glib2.0

Hi Ali,
I don't think that this is a good idea since there are many people around
who still have glib 1.2.
The better idea is maybe to include glib as part of mc distribution, as it
was done with slang.
This way it will be very easy to build mc on machines with glib 1.2 or 2.0
or without glib at all.

Subject: mc port to glib2.0
hello,
would it be possible to port mc to glib 2.0 ? for those that moved to gnome
2.0 completely its a pain to install old libraries again. iirc glib 2.0 is
nearly identical to glib 1.2 so a port would not take that long.
