Separate bookmarks and clipboard patch

And correct it to work with src/Makefile.am (CVS uses
Automake) instead of src/Makefile.in.

I used the following:

-CHARSET_SRC = charsets.c charsets.h selcodepage.c selcodepage.h
+CHARSET_SRC = charsets.c charsets.h selcodepage.c selcodepage.h dlglist.c dlglist.h

And there were 2 minor REJECT (no code changes).

BTW, I'm using the 0.5 patch in the last 13 days (same mc
session) without any noticeable problems.
