I can't combine both version of php.syntax, because syntax files are not more 
powerful. I think, syntax highlighting in editor may be rewritten using 
colorer library. Colorer was first written as plugin for FAR manager, but now 
it separate library for text highlighting. It use regexps, and powerful 
enough for highlighting any kind of text.
